How to find us ?

We are located at 1236 Chemin de Lespinasse, LES PECHS DU VERS. At the entrance of the dead-end street, a sign will indicate "Les Lodges." Continue until the next sign, which will lead you to the vehicle parking area 300 meters further. The path to the Lodges is a non-paved but drivable trail. Please note :

Rear-wheel-drive vehicles will not be able to park in the same area due to the slope. Please notify us a bit before your arrival so we can guide you to our personal parking area. GPS coordinates : 44°36'54.8"N 1°34'39.3"E

What are the check-in and check-out times ?

Access to your Lodge is available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. To facilitate your arrival, please inform us of your expected arrival time via email 48 hours in advance. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Please inform us of your departure time by phone (call or SMS). We will meet you at your Lodge to collect the keys and settle any additional charges.

Is parking available near the Lodges ?

Yes ! There is a private parking area available for your vehicle, just a 3 minute walk from your Lodge.

Is access to the Lodges easy and convenient ?

Upon exiting your vehicle at the entrance to the forest, a gravel path, easily accessible, will lead you to your Lodge. Access to the Lodges is via a footbridge.

Can i bring my pet ?

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are unfortunately not allowed on the premises.

Is breakfast included in the price of the stay ?

Yes ! You will enjoy a breakfast delivered directly to the foot of your Lodge starting at 9 am. You just need to pull the basket up to you !

Is bed linen and towels provided ?

Yes, you will find towels, bathrobes, and disposable slippers in your Lodge.

The bed will be ready for your arrival.

Is there a kitchen in the Lodge ?

The Lodges are not equipped with a kitchen. We offer regional boards that will be served between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.

Is the spa accessible without any time limit ?

Your private spa is located on the terrace of your Lodge, so you have unlimited access to it.

The water is heated to 38°C (ideal temperature) and is tested and treated daily.

We regularly replace the spa water according to hygiene standards.

Are the Lodges accessible for people with reduced mobility ?

Our Lodges are not accessible for wheelchair users only.

Is the place touristy ?

You will find numerous medieval villages and magnificent sites to discover within an hour from your Lodge.

How can I book my stay at Lodges du Quercy ?

You can book your stay directly online through our website in the "Book Your Stay" section. A deposit of 200 euros will be required upon finalizing your reservation (see Terms and Conditions).

No amount will be charged (except in cases of damage or unpaid bills).

Reservations can also be made by phone or email.

For additional options, you can make a request in the "Book Your Services" section. You will receive a request confirmation with a payment link to be paid by credit card; you may also pay by bank transfer. Options will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Dining options should be ordered at least 10 days before your arrival date.

What are the accepted payment methods ?

During online booking, we accept credit cards and bank transfers.

On site, we accept credit cards for additional payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, V pay, Google pay, Apple pay, contactless payment) and cash.

Attention, we do not accept checks !
