Composed mainly of Pinot Noir, with a touch of Chardonnay.

The visual is pale yellow, adorned with a fine crown of bubbles. The nose is powerful and rich with fruity notes. There are hints of white fruits, complemented by secondary aromas of peach marmalade and ripe strawberries.

The attack on the palate is direct, with flavors of candied apple and pear. Aromas of strawberry and vanilla complete the organoleptic palette of this silky and fruity cuvee.
